  introduce a high-capacity associative memory capable of factorizing compo
 sitional representations of variables. The proposed approach is implemente
 d as a continuous-time oscillator neural network. By performing factorizat
 ion with a continuous-time dynamical system\, the proposed Factorizing Osc
 illator Associative Memory (FOAM) provides efficient solutions to computat
 ionally hard problems such as inference in compositional representations a
 nd combinatorial optimization. We demonstrate favorable performance compar
 ed to existing approaches to factorization\, improved interpretability\, a
 nd relevance to standard tasks such as the subset sum problem.\n
